Grow with Guidance

Thoughtful one-on-one coaching for professional container gardeners who are ready to think more clearly, grow more intentionally, and stop figuring it out alone.

You’ve built your work around beauty, creativity, and care. Coaching offers a place to step back, get honest support, and strengthen the parts of your business that need more clarity, structure, or direction.

Is Coaching for You?

Coaching is designed to help you move forward with more clarity, stronger skills, and support that meets you where you are.

You’re ready to price with more confidence

You want your pricing to reflect your time, skill, materials, and the real value of your work.

You need clearer systems

You’re juggling clients, sourcing, planting days, maintenance, and seasonal details, and you need a better way to manage it all.

You want to grow, but thoughtfully

You’re ready for momentum, but you want your next steps to feel sustainable and aligned.

You want a trusted sounding board

You’d love support from someone who understands both the creative work and the business behind it.

Something good is ready to grow.

Whether you're just getting established or feeling ready for your next level of growth, Cindy offers thoughtful personalized guidance rooted in real experience building a container gardening business.

The elderly woman is reaching into a large pot surrounded by various green plants, while the younger woman holds papers and looks at the plants. Both are dressed casually, and the younger woman is wearing a baseball cap.

My Approach

Success in professional container gardening comes from a blend of artistry, horticultural expertise, and smart business strategies.

My coaching is rooted in the actual work of building a container gardening business — not generic business advice.

I’ve navigated the same questions around pricing, clients, creative confidence, and sustainable growth that you’re working through. What I offer is honest, experienced perspective that helps you think more clearly and move forward with more intention — and a clearer sense of what to do next.

  • I ask good questions and listen before I advise.

  • I help you see the patterns you’re too close to notice.

  • You’ll leave each session knowing exactly what to do next

How Coaching Works

Start with a Discovery Call

We’ll begin with a complimentary 30-minute call to talk through where you are, what you’re hoping to work on, and whether coaching feels like a good fit.

Meet One-on-One

Each session is personalized to your goals, questions, and stage of business. We’ll start with a quick win-share, then dig into the questions, challenges, or decisions that need attention. You’ll leave with clear next steps to work on before we meet again.

Meet online, keep it simple. Sessions are held through Teams or Kajabi, whichever works best for you.

Select Coaching Options

A single one-hour session is $195. A package of three one-hour sessions is $500.

If you book one session and decide to continue, I’ll apply that session toward the three-session package, as long as all sessions are completed within the same calendar year.
